This is not a standard hotel. There was no staff and we saw not one other person when we were there and we LOVED it. The rooms are stunning, as are the common areas. The location is great too, within walking distance of the Hawksbill Greenway, a beautiful walking/biking path and restaurants and shops. It was the perfect place to stay for our impromptu trip to Shenandoah National Park. Parking was convenient too. We parked right outside our door.

I had a great stay at Hotel Laurance with my boyfriend. The decor was great I loved the color combination and the fact that it had a modern farmhouse look and feel to it which I like. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the near future.

Beautiful old building in the perfect location. The decor was lovely and suited the space. Recommend Room 9 The Tucker which had a small outside sitting area. The main hotel area was gorgeous. Definitely take the time to check it out.

Location was good for visiting the caves. While the rooms were clean and neat, the building itself was quite old and you can feel it. Felt a little creepy at times. Communication with management was good and contactless.

“Laura” suite was very well appointed, stylish, clean and comfortable. Great location within 10 minutes walk of town centre. Plenty of room for a family of 4.

Location was excellent, central to town as well as Caverns, Zoo, etc. Staff provided information via text like where to eat on what days etc. Room had all amenities like a small apartment which helped in meals etc. Kids loved having their own space with the loft bed/area.

we really liked the customer service. Lauren, at front desk, is very friendly. We also loved how nice the hotel room looks. And all the facilities, like kitchen utensils and smart tv with Netflix, Hulu, cable tv, etc. They made sure to clean the snow in the parking after a snowstorm.

Cute boutique hotel close to Luray Caverns. Contactless check in/out. I received text messages on the day of arrival, requesting if I needed anything, etc. . The manager, Kathy, is a sweetheart. She gave recommendations of restaurants to check out at a moments notice. The room “Andrew” is what we stayed in. Kids loved the loft style bed setup. Each room at this hotel is unique. Very inviting and clean. It’s a small quaint town with a friendly vibe. Nice change from city life for us. All four of us enjoyed our 1 night/day stay.
